Banana & Cinnamon Cookies

These Banana & Cinnamon Cookies are so simple yet so delicious. They are perfect for when you’re craving something sweet on the go! You only need 5 ingredients to make them… and it will only take you 5 seconds to eat all of them! :)

Hello babes, how are you all?

The other day I wanted to create some cookies, but I wanted them to be very simple, so I went into the kitchen and looked for some basic ingredients: oats and almond meal. Then I had to combine them together: maple syrup and banana. After I had to, of course, add my favorite spice to give them the final touch: cinnamon.

YES! That’s it: they’re so simple, so tasty, super healthy and so addictive hahaha

Here’s the recipe:

  • 1 cup almond meal

  • 1 cup oats flour (blend oats)

  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

  • 1/2 smashed banana

  • cinnamon (A LOT hahah)

  • 1 tsp yeast *optional, if you want them to be fluffier I really recommend using it

  1. Preheat the oven at 175° C

  2. In a bowl mix all the ingredients

  3. Form a ball with the dough and then from it take around 2 tbsp to create one cookie

  4. Place all the cookies on a baking tray

  5. Bake them in the oven for around 10-15 minutes and then place at the center a little banana’s slice (just to make them prettier, you know?)

  6. Put them back and bake for another 25-30 minutes, or until they’re crispy on the outside but still soft on the inside

  7. ENJOY!!

**tip: I really do like them warm, so eat them all immediately or place them in the microwave for 1 to 2 minutes before eating them. I highly suggest eating them with a hot latte.
