If you love coconut with a slightly nutty flavor, than these no-baked slices are exactly what you’re searching for. These is a healthy and vegan version of the Raffaello chocolates (the one with coconut and an almond inside… so delicious).

So, me and my mom used to be OBSESSED with the Ferrero Raffaello chocolates/candies… and finally decided to make a vegan version of these… but I wanted to be a lil fancier and I transformed them into slices. SUPER DELICIOUS!!
These slices taste EXACTLY the same, and if you love coconut this treat is exactly what you’re looking for. It’s so easy and quick to make… as usual I only needed a bowl a few ingredients and 5 minutes of my time. No regrets. These are absolutely delicious.
To make these I used the Coconut & Chia porridge from MOMA, but if you can’t get your hands on this (this is so sad and I am really sorry because all their products are absolutely delicious), you can substitute it. So don’t worry. I got you covered. I’ll write what you can use instead in the ingredients list. And now… let’s make these Coco Delights:
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup almond flour
1 pot Coconut & Chia Porridge from MOMA **
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup white and smooth almond butter (it’s really important for it to be smooth, and if it’s possible white, it just give the slices the perfect taste, consistent and color)
1 tbsp shredded coconut
** to substitute this Porridge you can use: 60 grams of oats (GF if you want to), 2 tbsp shredded coconut, 2 tbsp chia seeds
… I laugh every time it’s time to write the instruction…. too easy hahahah :)
Put all the ingredients into a bowl. Mix together until well combined. You should be able to form a ball, not too sticky not too dry.
Press the dough into a baking try and top it with some coconut flakes (to make it look prettier
Put it on the freezer and wait for at least 2 hours.
