Pumpkin Spice Bliss Balls

WHETER IT’S AUTUMN AND YOU FEEL ALL THESE FALL VIBES, OR WHETER YOU SIMPLY WANT A RAW TREAT EASY TO MAKE THAT WILL SATISFY YOU, THESE BLISS BALLS ARE EXACTLY WHAT YOU NEED. EASY TO MAKE AND EXTREMELY DELICIOUS. 100% CLEAN AND HEALTHY INGREDIENTS, VEGAN, REFINED SUGAR FREE AND GLUTEN FREE.

Hello guys, so as promised I am making a lot of pumpkin-y and autumn-y recipes for you all - even if these words don’t exist, let’s pretend that they are actually a word :) - that are easy to make and perfect for this season.

As you already know I am all about throwing into a bowl a bunch of ingredients, mix them together, create a dough, put in the freezer, wait and eat. YES! This is exactly how I create basically all my recipes. Fun, right?

That’s why all my recipes are easy to make… and trust me, to make these you will only need 6 ingredients!!! Super easy and quick, super healthy and delicious. It’s a win win situation. Okay, but now let’s see exactly what you need:

ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (or almond butter)

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 1/2 cup coconut flour

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree

  • 1/3 cup quinoa flakes (you can use oats instead)

  • pumpkin spice (I used A LOT of cinnamon, nut meg and ginger)

instruction:

  1. Put all the ingredients on a bowl and mix well until you can form a dough.

  2. From the dough form other little balls and put them in the freezer. (With these ingredients I made 8 bliss balls).

  3. Wait for at least 2 hours and then ENJOY :)

PS: I swear, every time I write the instruction I am laughing because they’re not even necessary hahaha

very recommended topping (please try it out because it’s amazing):

Melt some vegan white chocolate and put it on top of some of the bliss balls. Super, very delicious. Just to treat ourselves :)
