Vanilla Protein & Granola slices (vegan, refined sugar free)

Hello guys, so these slices are so so good and the ingredients are so simple, this makes them super healthy and super delicious!! To make them I used a homemade granola made here in Switzerland, and this granola is absolutely the best: clean ingredients, vegan and organic (I made a post about it, click HERE to read it)!

for the base:

  • 1 cup granola (I used the one from nuts & friends)

  • 1/2 cup coconut flour

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

for the top layer:

  • 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used the one from My Protein)

  • 3 tbsp melted coconut oil

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup


  1. In a large mixing bowl mix all the base ingredients.

  2. Once you can form a ball with the dough press it on a baking tray (I used the one I usually use to make brownies).

  3. Put the baking tray on the freezer and let it sit. In the mean time let’s prepare the top layer.l

  4. Combine all the top layer ingredients and mix well.

  5. Spread the top layer on top of the base and re-put everything in the freezer.

  6. Let it sit for at least 2 hours. ENJOY :)
